Another file sharing system using the P2P format which has been brandished as slightly less than popular is Morpheus. Another detraction about Morpheus is that when it’s running, it can get cluttered with online ads due to the fact that adware is still present in current versions. Also there’s a P2P toolbar that pops up during installation that’s been known to cause problems.

While downloading music from Morpheus is no longer an option, they may try to take you to a “Music City” type superstore where you can buy music.
